As one of Chris Tomlin's songs says, "You and I were made to worship..." At King's Cross, we believe this to be entirely and unquestionably true. We were created by a God who loves us and desires our love in return. One of the ways we show admiration and love for God is through our voices and musical abilities. Each Sunday, we strive to create an environment that allows everyone to worship however they feel led. Our goal is to see Jesus lifted high and nothing else. We encourage all who are present to sing out, raise hands, kneel in prayer, whatever it takes to get you to that secret place with God where He can work inside of you.
No matter where you are in your walk with Christ or if you have yet to begin your walk, we invite you to be a part of worship with us each week. We are not interested in how well you dress, how much of the Bible you may or may not know, or how much money you have. We are interested in building a relationship with you through song, dance, meditation, prayer and anything else it takes to share the love of God.

Worship Band
We are always looking for new band members. First and foremost, we require those who have a desire to get involved with the worship ministry to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Also, in order to maintain a level of excellence, we require an audition process with the worship pastor. Lastly, we do require an amount of practice commitment to ensure that we as a team of musicians are all in unity together.
We are very interested in helping you walk in your calling within the local church. We believe that God has called everyone to serve in some capacity. With that said, we will be committed helping you find your spiritual gift no matter if that is a part of our band or somewhere else.
Worship Team
Singers are also a very vital part of today's worship services. They lead the hearts of the congregation into the core of the worship service. In essence, those who sing from stage on Sunday mornings are all worship leaders. In order to maintain a level of excellence, we require a short audition process with the worship pastor for those who have a desire to sing. We also require a small amount of practice commitment to ensure that we as a team of singers are all in unity together. This particular area requires more commitment, a spiritual giftedness to lead worship, and the musical ability to accompany the other two.

Tech Team
From sound design, to lights, recording, and video production, we are always in need of folks who are skilled in these given areas. We are constantly striving to excel in our media efforts as we see the importance and effect it has in the modern worship era. We require each of our tech workers to be skilled in the area they serve and encourage a constant maintenance of that skill.
